Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, logistics, and maintenance teams Job Overview PT Bintang Prakasa ME is seeking a dynamic and organized **Operations Supervisor** to oversee mechanical and electrical (ME) operational activities, project workflows, and field teams. In this role, you will ensure daily site operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule while maintaining strict quality standards and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily operational workflows, site personnel, and subcontractor activities to ensure project schedules and performance targets are met. * Monitor resource allocation, material inventory, and equipment utilization across operational sites. * Enforce workplace safety protocols (HSE guidelines), quality control standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, address technical site challenges, and escalate critical issues to senior management. * Prepare daily/weekly operational progress reports, activity logs, and performance updates for management review. * Coordinate with cross\-functional engineering, logistics, and maintenance teams to streamline project execution. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * 3\+ years of experience in operational supervision, technical field operations, or project management in the engineering/ME sector. * Proven leadership and team management skills with a strong track record of site supervision. * Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, site safety regulations, and quality standards. * Excellent problem\-solving, time management, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
