Summary: This role requires a strategic financial leader to develop and implement financial strategies, oversee planning, reporting, risk management, and investment growth, while leading a finance team and communicating with stakeholders. Shape financial strategy and ensure sustainable growth **Job Role and Responsibility:** * Strategic Financial Leadership – develop and implement the group’s financial strategy in alignment with long term business goals * Financial Planning and Analysis – oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis ensuring sustainable growth and profitability * Financial Reporting – Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements per international accounting standards * Risk Management – identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal controls * Cash Flow and Capital Management – manage cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure to maintain liquidity and optimize returns * Investment Growth – oversee investment opportunities, money markets, mergers and acquisition to support the group’s expansion objectives * Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development * Stakeholder Communication – report financial performance to the executive team, board of directors, and other key stakeholders **Capabilities:** * Strong understanding of international accounting standards, taxation and financial regulations * Excellent financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills * Proven experience in risk management, capital allocation, and strategic financial planning * Leadership and team management experience with strong communication skills * Ability to drive business growth through innovative financial strategies * Strong understanding of international accounting standards, taxation and financial regulations * Excellent financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills * Proven experience in risk management, capital allocation, and strategic financial planning * Leadership and team management experience with strong communication skills * Ability to drive business growth through innovative financial strategies **Language:** Main: English, Additional: Hindi, Arabic and any Extra considered a plus **Computer Skills:** MS office and ERP System.
