The role involves working closely with existing customers while also expanding the company’s client base across Oman. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ ### **Sales \& Business Development** * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory or industry * Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations * Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiations * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets ### **Account Management** * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients * Act as the main point of contact for customer needs and queries * Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high retention rates * Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities within accounts ### **Market \& Industry Awareness** * Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in Oman * Provide feedback to management to refine sales strategies and offerings * Maintain knowledge of products/services and industry developments ### **Sales Reporting \& Administration** * Maintain accurate records in CRM systems * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates * Ensure timely follow\-ups and deal closures **Requirements** ---------------- ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) ### **Experience** * 3–7 years of B2B sales experience (industry\-specific experience may be required) * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Experience in the Oman or GCC market is a strong advantage ### **Skills** * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Excellent communication and relationship\-building abilities * Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline * Commercial awareness and customer\-focused mindset * Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) ### **Language** * Fluent in English * Arabic is a plus (often preferred in Oman roles) \#Li\-GB2 \#Li\-Hybrid Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job. **EEO Statement** NCR Atleos is an equal\-opportunity employer.
