Role Overview We are seeking a motivated **Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure seamless workflow across projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and driving process improvements to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * **Team leadership**: Supervise and motivate staff to meet operational targets. * **Workflow coordination**: Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. * **Performance monitoring**: Track KPIs and prepare operational reports. * **Process improvement**: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions. * **Compliance management**: Ensure adherence to company policies and Oman’s trade regulations. * **Cross\-functional collaboration**: Work closely with management, suppliers, and clients to support operations. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Knowledge of logistics, trading, or supply chain operations in Oman is an advantage. * Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
