You will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service. **Duties \& Responsibilities** * Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression * Present menus, explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials with confidence and make recommendations recommendations to enhance the guest experience * Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen team * Serve food and beverages according to company service standards * Ensure tables are set, maintained, and cleared promptly throughout service * Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service * Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to incharges * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times * Process bills and payments accurately * Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment * Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures * Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Send your CV to: **careers@leto.group** *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.* Pay: RO1\.000 per hour Work Location: In person
