Our F&B Support Experts take initiative and provide a wide range of services to ensure our guests’ food and beverage operations run effortlessly. Whether setting tables, assisting in the kitchen, cleaning work areas, or restocking supplies, the F&B Support Expert provides the necessary support to make transactions part of the experience. Regardless of your position, certain things are essential to succeed \- creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. The F&B Support Expert role requires being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods); moving across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces; handling menus (reading and visually verifying information); and getting hands-on with your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 lbs (11.4 kg) unassisted and up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting). It is essential that F&B Support Experts perform all these tasks flawlessly (and any other reasonable task assigned) \- thus ensuring guest satisfaction and continued business success. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Related Work Experience: No related work experience required; prior experience in a food and beverage environment is recommended. Supervisory Experience: None.
