Ensure maintenance activities meet safety and quality standards Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and proactive **Mechanical Technician** to join our Facility Management team in **Muscat, Oman**. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems within **hotels, airports, or large facility management environments**. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems. * Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, motors, valves, piping systems, water systems, and other mechanical installations. * Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal operation of facility mechanical systems. * Attend breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner. * Conduct routine inspections and report any defects or operational issues. * Ensure maintenance activities are completed according to safety and quality standards. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports. * Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to ensure smooth facility operations. * Assist in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning when required. Qualifications \& Requirements * Diploma, ITI, or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. * **3–5 years of experience** as a Mechanical Technician in **hotel facilities, airport facilities, or facility management companies**. * Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, HVAC\-related mechanical equipment, plumbing systems, and building services. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals. * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with health, safety, and maintenance best practices. * GCC experience, preferably in Oman, is an advantage Pay: Up to RO200\.000 per month Work Location: In person
