About the Role Surry Network is seeking a Network Operations Specialist to monitor, maintain, and support our telecommunications and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, rapid incident resolution, and smooth network operations across our regional coverage. Key Responsibilities * **Monitoring \& Alerts:** Continuously monitor core network infrastructure, switches, routers, and fiber links via NOC monitoring tools. * **Incident Response:** Troubleshoot network outages, performance degradation, and connectivity faults to ensure minimal service disruption. * **Maintenance \& Deployments:** Assist with scheduled firmware updates, hardware replacements, and routine system maintenance. * **Ticketing \& Escalation:** Log and manage network incidents through the ticketing system, escalating complex issues to senior network engineers when necessary. * **Documentation:** Keep precise records of network topology, equipment configurations, maintenance logs, and inventory. Qualifications * **Education:** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. * **Experience:** 2 to 4 years of hands\-on experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT networking environment. * **Certifications:** CCNA, Network\+, or equivalent certifications are preferred. * **Technical Skills:** Sound knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, routing/switching fundamentals (BGP, OSPF, VLANs), hardware diagnostics, and monitoring software (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark). * **Skills:** Strong analytical troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and the ability to work in shift rotations if required. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٢٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
