Job Summary: Responsible for leading the development and implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives, including machine learning, generative AI, automation, and data\-driven solutions. The role provides technical leadership, develops AI strategies, and collaborates with business and technology teams to deliver scalable and responsible AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute AI strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead AI and machine learning projects from concept through deployment. Design, develop, and oversee AI models, algorithms, and intelligent applications. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for business innovation. Lead the development and implementation of generative AI, machine learning, and automation solutions. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders. Establish AI development standards, architecture principles, and best practices. Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable. Monitor model performance, accuracy, reliability, and operational effectiveness. Establish processes for model validation, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement. Promote responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, transparency, and ethical use. Identify and manage technical, operational, and business risks associated with AI initiatives. Evaluate AI platforms, tools, vendors, and third\-party solutions. Develop project roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. Present AI strategies, project progress, business cases, and results to senior leadership. Mentor and develop AI and technical team members. Stay current with advances in artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, and automation technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6\+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or related technology fields. Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, NLP, and AI model development. Experience with Python and common AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit\-learn. Knowledge of cloud AI platforms and MLOps practices is preferred. Strong understanding of data engineering, APIs, databases, and software development principles. Excellent technical leadership, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience leading cross\-functional AI projects and technical teams. Relevant AI, cloud, data science, or technology certifications are an advantage.
