Monitor staff appearance and attire and correct any lapses. Perform tasks associated with opening and closing operations, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, securing doors, etc. Monitor storage areas, adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out), and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventory and stock documentation, and order required supplies. Monitor available seating in dining areas, service delivery, and customer safety and well-being. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplinary reminders, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and reference for Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door Policy procedures. Follow and apply all brand safety policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, accident hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Ensure one's uniform and appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or for an entire work shift.
