The ideal candidate will supervise staff, maintain hygiene and inventory standards, and coordinate closely with the owner to implement operational strategies and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily opening and closing procedures of the bakery. Supervise staff attendance, including check\-in and check\-out. Oversee inventory levels and report shortages when necessary. Ensure bakery hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Coordinate with the owner to execute business strategies and operational plans. Support staff in maintaining productivity and a positive work environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a bakery, food service, or supervisory role preferred. Good organizational and leadership skills. Ability to monitor operations and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Basic knowledge of inventory management.
