It will comprise mainly residential, retail areas and large areas of public realm. Manages the delivery of PMO and project controls across commissions, driving excellence in implementation and performance. Guides and supports teams within the Centre of Excellence and hub, fostering collaboration and capability. Ensures alignment with Mace standards, empowering people to deliver with confidence, clarity, and control. You’ll be responsible for:* Champion safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practices across all project environments. * Lead PMO and project controls delivery, ensuring excellence in cost, schedule, risk, and reporting. * Build trusted client relationships through strategic engagement and stakeholder management. * Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge\-sharing across teams. * Managing the PMO and project controls strategy, governance, and performance across assigned commissions. * Guide teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Mace standards and client expectations. * Deliver expert insight on cost, schedule, risk, and change management. * Champion net zero goals and mentor team development through technical excellence. You’ll need to have:* Degree qualification in a relevant subject. * Major project or programme delivery experience. * Professional membership or Chartered status. * Necessary criteria for visa requirements.
