




Summary: Seeking a Marketing & Corporate Communications professional to support management in all marketing, PR, and CSR activities, ensuring effective communication and implementation. Utilize strong communication, design, and event management skills. **Purpose:** ▪ Being a part of the Marketing \&Corporate Communications Department, providing support to Management team with all Marketing \& PR related activities related to the company. **Summary of the Job Role:** ▪ To ensure that Marketing, PR and CSR related activities of the group is being completed effectively. ▪ To support the internal \& externalcommunication activities of the QBG group.▪ To prepare and maintain reports related to the Marketing \& Corporate Communications Department. **Key Deliverables:** ▪ Implementing and Overseeing all new internal initiatives \& campaigns at the Head Office (Recycling Bin, HO Library, HSE Awareness Campaign). ▪ Assisting the Marketing Manager during all events related activities of the group. ▪ Interacting effectively with all QBG companies \& departments. ▪ Keeping track of the status report and preparing updates for weekly meetings. ▪ Participating in meetings with third party suppliers / consultants and manage follow\-ups ▪ Keeping track of the invoices received, and make sure the LPO’s are sent to the right suppliers/ clients ▪ Liaising with the Group’s internal functions and subsidiaries to ensure consistent and effective marketing activities in line with group marketing guidelines ▪ Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills ▪ Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information. ▪ Creating content for corporate marketing collateral, website/ blog/ social media, and other initiatives. ▪ To prepare and ensure that CSR activities are done frequently. **Relationships (Internal):** ▪ All QBG companies and departments. **Relationships (External):** ▪ Clients, Agencies, PR Companies, Vendors \& Suppliers. **Skills/Knowledge:** ▪ Good communication skills (Verbal \& Written). ▪ Negotiation skills. ▪ Inter\-personnel skills. ▪ Computer skills (Canva, Adobe, MS Office). ▪ Ability to prioritize tasks. ▪ Time management skills. ▪ Event management skills. ▪ Designing skills.
