Focus on high-quality commercial and residential construction **Hiring: MEP Engineer – Oman** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Engineer to join our growing construction team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with proven experience in delivering high\-quality commercial and residential construction projects from planning through completion. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor MEP works throughout the project lifecycle. * Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Manage site execution to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Prepare quantity take\-offs, verify measurements, and develop accurate MEP BOQs for tendering and project execution. * Monitor material procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems. * Identify and resolve technical issues while ensuring cost\-effective and timely project delivery. * Prepare progress reports, inspection documentation, and project\-related technical submissions. **Requirements** * Minimum 8\+ years of proven experience in MEP engineering within the construction industry in Oman * Demonstrated experience in commercial and residential building projects. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site execution, testing \& commissioning, quality control, and quantity take\-off/BOQ preparation. * Proficiency in reading and reviewing MEP drawings and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering works. * Good knowledge of relevant international standards, local regulations, and construction best practices. * Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with estimation or BIM software will be an added advantage.
