Based in our corporate office at Al Khuwair, we are hiring an Operations Excellence Manager to spearhead process optimization, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and scale our service delivery infrastructure. This is a transformation\-focused role; you will utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and data\-driven change management to restructure our day\-to\-day candidate pipelines, system integrations, and client\-facing delivery frameworks to maximize operational throughput and quality. **Key Deliverables** * Audit end\-to\-end talent acquisition and outsourcing workflows to identify operational drag, structural inefficiencies, and resource waste. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) across recruitment, onboarding, and client account management divisions. * Define, track, and optimize operational KPIs, including time\-to\-fill ratios, client retention metrics, and applicant tracking system (ATS) utilization rates. * Partner with IT and platform heads to evaluate, deploy, and govern automated workflow tools and digital recruitment architectures. * Mentor and train cross\-functional team leaders and operational supervisors in structured problem\-solving methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). **The Professional Profile** * 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or business process management, preferably within a high\-volume service, consultancy, or human capital environment. * Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with a proven track record of managing successful Lean transformations. * Deep expertise in data\-driven decision\-making, workflow layout engineering, and labor optimization modeling. * A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a highly related discipline. **The Settlement Package** We offer a flat, all\-inclusive monthly payout of OMR 2,000, which consolidates your base remuneration, Al Khuwair housing allocation, and transit provisions into a single stream.
