





Around 10\-12 years in technical services of masterbatch production, of which 5\-7 years should be in customer handling. Should have independently handled Production/QC teams in a masterbatch/Additives industry. Age: Around 40 years **Job Role and Responsibilities:** · Responsible for Technical Formulations (both masterbatches \& additives) and their compliance with production process to meet various customer requirements including agricultural films. · Represent the company in technical discussions for various additives related queries of the customer at the international level. · Responsible for coordination between Production Processing \& QC team in delivery of cost\-effective formulations. · Travel and assist the sales team to customers on advice on technical related matters. · Represent the company for handling technical complaints from Customers from time to time. · Analyse Industry trends and new product developments and drive the process for adaptation in formulation and production process. Liase with independent labs for product certification. · Coordinate with Procurement for taking up suppliers of raw material in trying out new cost\-effective pigments. · Spearhead the new projects for formulations \& up\-gradation of the existing twin screw extruders. · Consult and advise Lab on new pigments/testing methods and QC standards. **Skills:** · Indepth level and Hands on experience in Extruder Production process of Plastic / Masterbatch industry for atleast 7\-10 years as overall incharge. · Expertise in Masterbatch and Plastics formulation and characterization – must have worked on formulations for atleast 3\-5 years. · Indepth knowledge of technical aspects of the extruder operation including PLC systems. Extrusion process and work experience on Polymers, Additives and their chemical compositions and product mixes. · Sounds better understanding of process technology in Masterbatch/ Additives Industry. · Must have handled formulations, quality issues and product complaints for analysis and problem solving. · Must have good communication and presentation skills with practical approach to business development. · We must have a positive approach to problem solving and team development to ensure that the coordination among different functions is done in a smooth manner. · Must have a mature and understanding approach to customer service balancing it with technical aspects involved. · SAP knowledge preferred.
