We are looking for motivated **Textile Production Operators** to join our fabric manufacturing facility in Rusayl Industrial Estate. Key Responsibilities * Operate textile production machines (weaving, cutting, finishing, or related equipment) * Monitor production processes to ensure consistent fabric quality * Inspect materials and finished products for defects * Follow safety and operational procedures at all times * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations * Report machine issues or production concerns to supervisors * Support production targets and daily output goals * Work as part of a team in a shift\-based manufacturing environment Requirements * Previous experience in textile production or manufacturing is an advantage (not mandatory) * Willingness to work in shifts * Basic understanding of machine operation or factory work preferred * Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines * Physically fit for production line work * Positive attitude and team\-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
