Collaborative and technology-focused working environment BIM Training Director **Company:** Mooc Bim Skills **Location:** Muscat, Muscat Governorate, Oman **Area:** Al Asimah, Ministries District **Salary:** OMR 1,700 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Overview Mooc Bim Skills is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable **BIM Training Director** to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of Building Information Modeling (BIM) training programs. The successful candidate will oversee training strategy, curriculum development, instructor performance, and learner outcomes while ensuring programs reflect current BIM standards, technologies, and industry practices. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement the organization’s BIM training strategy and annual training plans. * Lead the design and delivery of BIM courses for architects, engineers, contractors, project managers, and other industry professionals. * Develop comprehensive curricula, course materials, practical exercises, assessments, and certification programs. * Manage and mentor BIM trainers, instructors, and technical training staff. * Ensure training programs cover relevant BIM workflows, standards, collaboration methods, and project requirements. * Coordinate practical workshops and hands\-on BIM training using industry\-standard software. * Evaluate learner performance and use feedback to improve course quality and effectiveness. * Establish training objectives, performance indicators, and quality standards. * Maintain relationships with construction, engineering, architecture, and technology organizations to identify industry training needs. * Monitor developments in BIM technologies, digital construction, and industry standards. * Support training partnerships, professional certification initiatives, and corporate learning programs. * Manage training schedules, resources, budgets, facilities, and technology requirements. * Prepare reports on enrollment, learner performance, training outcomes, and program effectiveness. * Promote BIM training programs through professional networks, industry events, and business partnerships. * Ensure training content remains accurate, practical, current, and aligned with industry requirements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, BIM, or a related field. * Extensive professional experience in BIM, digital construction, architecture, engineering, or related industries. * Previous experience managing BIM training programs, technical education, or professional development initiatives. * Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, coordination, modeling, and project delivery. * Proficiency with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or similar platforms. * Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 is highly desirable. * Strong leadership, curriculum\-development, presentation, and communication skills. * Experience mentoring technical instructors or managing training teams. * Excellent project\-management and organizational abilities. * Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
