Role Overview We are seeking a visionary and dynamic **Executive Director** to lead the center’s operations, strategic growth, and cultural initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee programming, partnerships, and organizational development, ensuring the center remains a hub of cultural excellence in Oman. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic leadership**: Define and implement the center’s vision and long\-term strategy. * **Program development**: Curate and oversee cultural events, exhibitions, and educational programs. * **Community engagement**: Build strong relationships with artists, cultural organizations, and the public. * **Financial management**: Oversee budgets, fundraising, and resource allocation. * **Partnership building**: Collaborate with local and international institutions to expand the center’s reach. * **Organizational oversight**: Manage staff, operations, and ensure compliance with governance standards. Qualifications * Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Management, Arts Administration, Business, or related field. * 10\+ years of leadership experience in cultural institutions, nonprofits, or arts organizations. * Proven track record in fundraising, program development, and organizational management. * Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Deep understanding of Oman’s cultural landscape and global cultural trends.
