This role manages store operations, sales performance, inventory control, workforce productivity, and operational standards while driving continuous improvement and profitability. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth store performance across assigned locations. * Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals. * Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and key operational metrics. * Lead, coach, and develop store managers and retail teams to improve productivity and service quality. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines. * Manage inventory processes, including stock availability, replenishment, shrinkage control, and stock accuracy. * Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Support store openings, renovations, and operational improvement projects. * Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews. * Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, promotions, and brand standards. * Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support business initiatives. * Manage operational budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization. * Address customer service issues and implement solutions to enhance customer experience. * Monitor workforce planning, staffing levels, scheduling, and employee performance. * Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
