Currently, we are looking for a highly technically skilled Technical Site Engineer in the field of Solar Photovoltaics (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). **Role Description** This is a full\-time role for a Technical Site Engineer at Green Tech Energy \& Water in Oman. The role involves overseeing and active participation in the on\-site operations of solar energy projects, ensuring the successful installation, integration and commissioning of solar PV and Battery Energy Storage systems, in both on\- and off\-grid scenarios. Key role in project planning, execution, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. **Qualifications** * Minimum 7 years experience * Technical education / bachelor’s degree in electrical (preferred), mechanical, mechatronics, Process Logic, Industrial Automation * Very high attention to detail, excellent observational skills required * Skilled Hands\-on experience, excellent dexterity and enjoyment working with hands * Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar On\-Grid and Off\-Grid Systems knowledge * Highly technically skilled in solar PV technology, switchgear, and control systems / wiring * Solid knowledge of testing and commissioning solar PV projects: on\-grid and off\-grid * Proven experience in managing solar projects and installations * Self\-starting and able to work autonomously and diligently * Excellent capabilities in the areas of logic, problem solving, troubleshooting and critical thinking * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \- fluent professional level in English **What we offer:** * Being part of a highly motivated, international, growing team * Potential to grow exponentially in the company * Diverse and exciting projects Attractive salary based on qualifications, experience with benefits such as a car, medical insurance, yearly air\-passage Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO800\.000 \- RO1,200\.000 per month Application Question(s): * Years of experience in solar PV industry Experience: * solar PV: 7 years (Required)
