Capture high\-level technology requirements from RPI OMT business stakeholders and identify opportunities to add value through PI and MES solutions. Support the prioritization of work and IT resources in collaboration with MES \& PI Process Owners to optimize resource and fund utilization. Develop and enhance relationships with key RPI OMT business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, timely support, and satisfaction. Maintain active communication with downstream business stakeholders, including during crisis situations, and establish clear communication channels across business lines. Promote and communicate IDS policies, standards, and processes across the organization. Ensure adherence to RPI OMT best practices and compliance with governance processes, architecture standards, and enterprise policies. Support SLA definition and implementation for enterprise manufacturing applications (non\-SAP and SAP\-integrated). Provide functional and Level 2 support for downstream applications and systems. Participate in projects involving process analysis, cost\-benefit evaluation, QA/UAT testing, and training initiatives. Design, architect, and develop PI AF structures (tables, templates, elements, event frames, notifications, analyses) and PI Vision dashboards. Maintain and optimize the end\-to\-end PI system infrastructure, including PI Servers, Data Archives, Interfaces, High Availability, and PI Integrator. Build and manage interfaces to DCS historians and integrate PI with third\-party IT/OT systems.
