We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer (Linux) to join a project related to the Oman Police, with long\-term business trips to Muscat, Oman . Requirements 3\+ years of professional experience in Linux system administration Strong experience working with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Oracle VM Experience installing and administering on\-premise VPN servers Solid experience administering CentOS / RedHat or Ubuntu / Debian servers Good understanding of network administration and configuration Experience working with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix Experience administering web servers (Nginx / Apache) Good understanding of Git and Infrastructure as Code principles Strong communication and collaboration skills Upper\-Intermediate English or higher Willingness to travel for long\-term business trips to Muscat, Oman Responsibilities Maintain, monitor, and configure existing Oracle VM environments Assist with the migration of stateful applications from Oracle VM to OpenShift Provide remote and on\-site administration of network infrastructure and bare\-metal servers Support and collaborate with development teams on infrastructure\-related tasks Nice to have Experience working with Cisco or Juniper network hardware Experience installing and configuring Java application servers (Tomcat) Experience administering Pentaho BI platform Experience with administration and configuration of Pentaho servers Experience with Windows administration and PowerShell scripting What we offer Competitive salary Long\-term business trips to Muscat, Oman Opportunities for professional development and personal growth Friendly atmosphere and professional team Location World\-wide
