Capture high\-level technology requirements from RPI OMT business stakeholders and identify opportunities to add value through PI and MES solutions. Support the prioritization of work and IT resources in collaboration with MES \& PI Process Owners to optimize resource and fund utilization. Develop and enhance relationships with key RPI OMT business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, timely support, and satisfaction. Maintain active communication with downstream business stakeholders, including during crisis situations, and establish clear communication channels across business lines. Promote and communicate IDS policies, standards, and processes across the organization. Ensure adherence to RPI OMT best practices and compliance with governance processes, architecture standards, and enterprise policies. Support SLA definition and implementation for enterprise manufacturing applications (non\-SAP and SAP\-integrated). Provide functional and Level 2 support for downstream applications and systems. Participate in projects involving process analysis, cost\-benefit evaluation, QA/UAT testing, and training initiatives. Design, architect, and develop PI AF structures (tables, templates, elements, event frames, notifications, analyses) and PI Vision dashboards. Maintain and optimize the end\-to\-end PI system infrastructure, including PI Servers, Data Archives, Interfaces, High Availability, and PI Integrator. Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment. **Job Description** **Main responsibilities** * Supervise all civil construction activities on site (foundations, equipment bases, buildings, cable trenches, access roads, drainage, fencing, etc.). * Monitor contractor’s daily works to ensure compliance with design, specifications, quality and HSE requirements. * Review and comment on civil method statements, ITPs and shop drawings, and follow up on inspections and tests. * Record progress, non\-conformities and site issues; prepare daily/weekly reports for the Project Manager. * Coordinate with electrical/I\&C teams, HSE and the EPC contractor to solve field clashes and maintain schedule. **Qualifications** **Profile \& requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in civil works supervision on industrial, power or energy projects (PV/renewable experience preferred). * Previous GCC / Oman experience is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of international construction standards and site QA/QC practices. * Good communication and reporting skills in English. * Available to mobilize to Sohar at short notice. **Additional Information*** Full\-time presence on site in Sohar for approx. 3 months, with possible extension ***Candidates who are interested to work for short term only please apply for this opportunity.*** ***Rest all candidates will be rejected automatically.*** ***Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
