




Summary: This role involves comprehensive financial operations, including sales, inventory, and expense management, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting within depot operations. Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls **Key Responsibilities** * Record and monitor **daily sales transactions, collections, and depot expenses**. * Maintain accurate records of **inventory movements and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock accuracy**. * Verify **sales invoices, delivery notes, and other financial documents** related to depot operations. * Reconcile **customer payments, cash collections, and bank deposits**. * Prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports** for management review. * Support **periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliations**. * Coordinate with the **finance department and head office** for financial reporting and reconciliation. * Ensure compliance with **company financial policies and internal controls**. * Assist in **audits and financial reviews related to depot operations**. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in accounting or finance roles. * Experience in the **FMCG industry is preferred**. * Strong knowledge of **accounts receivable, inventory control, and financial reporting**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems**. * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills. **Additional Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years required (FMCG experience is preferable)**. * **Gender:** Male.
