Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales Sales Executive – Building Materials \& Sanitaryware **Company:** Aqaba Ceramics **Locations:** Sohar, Saham, and upcoming branch in Barka, Oman About Us Aqaba Ceramics is a growing supplier of building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, and related construction products in Oman. With established operations in Sohar and Saham and a new showroom opening soon in Barka, we are looking for motivated and results\-driven Sales Executives to join our team. Position: Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities * Promote and sell building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, and related products. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. * Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate sales agreements. * Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom growth. * Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong customer pipeline. * Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales. * Coordinate with showroom and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. * Effectively close sales and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Requirements * Minimum **2 years of sales experience** in building materials, sanitaryware, tiles, ceramics, hardware, construction materials, or a similar industry. * Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. * Good command of **English** (spoken and written). * **Arabic language skills are preferred**, but not mandatory. * Candidates without Arabic knowledge should demonstrate the willingness and ability to learn Arabic quickly. * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently. Employment TermsProbation Period * Candidates will initially join on a **3\-month visit visa**, which will serve as the probation period. * Salary during probation: **OMR 180 per month**. * Accommodation provided by the company. * Target\-based sales commission applicable. Permanent Employment * Upon successful completion of the probation period and mutual satisfaction of both parties, the employee will be offered: * A **2\-year employment visa and contract**. * Salary starting from **OMR 220\+ per month** (depending on performance and experience). * Company\-sponsored visa. * Accommodation provided by the company. * Attractive target\-based commission and performance incentives. Additional Information * The **initial travel expenses to Oman must be borne by the candidate**. * Candidates should be willing to work at any Aqaba Ceramics branch, including Sohar, Saham, or the upcoming Barka showroom.
