Summary: Seeking customer-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to provide excellent service, take orders, serve food, and maintain a pleasant dining environment. Highlights: 1. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. 2. Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, and promotions. 3. Work in a team and handle busy operations. We are urgently hiring 2 Waiters and 2 Waitresses for immediate joining in Sohar. Candidates currently in Oman or on visit visa are preferred. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menu, make recommendations, and take accurate food & beverage orders. Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service. Check tables for cleanliness, proper setup, and hygiene standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle customer complaints politely and report to the supervisor if needed. Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions. Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and ensure correct billing procedures. Assist in closing duties — cleaning, restocking, and preparing for next service. Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and service standards. Requirements: Indian or Nepali nationality (preferred). Currently in Oman / on visit visa and can join immediately. Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel. English speaking is mandatory; Arabic speaking is an advantage. Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-oriented. Ability to work in a team and handle busy operations. Benefits: Shared accommodation provided by the company. Duty meals provided.
