Industry: Oil \& Gas City/Country: Sohar, Oman Location: Sohar We are looking for an **ISBL / OSBL Night Shift Supervisor** for one of our clients with the following details: **Location: Sohar, Oman** **Service Status: Resident (5 days per week)** **Start Date: Early July 2026 (open to earlier)** **Estimated Service Duration: 12 months (renewable)** Qualification and Experience Required: * Preference is given to local candidates * LNG project experience * Experience on large scale oil and gas projects from both owner and contractor perspective, with focusing on multidisciplinary ISBL / OSBL night works. * Ability to schedule priorities and multi\-task within time and budget requirements. * Engineering degree, with 10\-year more oil \& gas construction experience or equivalent experience specific to complex industrial ISBL / OSBL execution such as all disciplines involved, Structural, and Mechanical and pre\-commissioning works. * Strong HSE culture and safety leadership. * Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence critical decision agreements regarding safety, schedule and cost. * English written and verbal communication skills, Arabic or French is a plus. * Ability to encourage and work within a team culture in a multinational environment. * Communication, Organization, Planning, Time management and Reporting skills. **If Interested Kindly apply**
