Opportunity to be the first point of contact for patients We are looking for a polite, organized, and patient\-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk operations of our medical center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients, register details accurately, and manage appointments and walk\-ins. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and coordinate with doctors and departments. Prepare bills, collect payments, issue receipts, and assist with insurance procedures. Maintain patient records, update the system, and ensure confidentiality at all times. Manage front desk operations, patient flow, complaints, and end\-of\-day reports. Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist in a clinic or hospital is preferred. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Basic computer knowledge (HIS/EMR experience is a plus). Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer\-service mindset.
