The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing the Dynatrace platform while working closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, and Application teams to ensure high system availability and performance. Key Responsibilities * Deploy, configure, maintain, and upgrade Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate across cloud and on\-premises environments. * Configure application, infrastructure, and synthetic monitoring for business\-critical systems. * Create and maintain custom dashboards, alerting profiles, anomaly detection rules, and reports. * Provide L2/L3 support for application and infrastructure performance incidents. * Analyze logs, traces, metrics, and service dependencies to identify root causes and performance bottlenecks. * Utilize Dynatrace Davis AI for proactive monitoring and root cause analysis. * Design and optimize dashboards for operations teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders. * Develop and maintain advanced queries using Dynatrace Query Language (DQL). * Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and KPIs. * Configure Management Zones, environment filters, and dashboard variables for scalable monitoring. * Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, and Development teams to improve observability and system reliability. * Integrate Dynatrace with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other enterprise platforms. * Support dashboard automation and configuration management through JSON exports and Infrastructure\-as\-Code practices. Required Skills \& Qualifications * 4\+ years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Observability, or Monitoring tools. * Hands\-on experience with Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Dashboards, Davis AI, and DQL. * Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift environments. * Familiarity with Java, Node.js, .NET, PHP, or similar application technologies. * Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and networking fundamentals. * Experience with SQL databases and performance troubleshooting. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. * Ability to explain technical findings to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications * Dynatrace Certification is an added advantage. * Experience in enterprise production support, SRE, or DevOps environments. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices. **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.** Pay: RO769\.010 \- RO961\.270 per day Work Location: In person
