Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Job description: Maintenance Technician with experience in commercial kitchen equipment . The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing hot line and cold line equipment for restaurants, coffee shops, and commercial kitchens. Job Responsibilities: * Install and service commercial kitchen equipment at client sites * Diagnose and repair hot line equipment such as Food Processor, ovens, fryers, grills, Dough mixer and cooking ranges * Maintain and troubleshoot cold line equipment including refrigerators, freezers, Fish Scaler machine and prep counters * Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections * Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently Requirements: * Previous experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance * Knowledge of hot line and refrigeration equipment * Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills * Technical diploma or relevant experience preferred Pay: RO200\.000 \- RO250\.000 per month Work Location: In person
