We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Omani Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling government\-related procedures, employee documentation, visa processing, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and labour clearances. * Liaise with government authorities such as the Ministry of Labour, ROP, Municipality, and Chamber of Commerce. * Handle employee residence cards, medical appointments, and related documentation. * Manage company license renewals, permits, and government approvals. * Maintain records of visa, labour card, and license expiry dates. * Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law and immigration regulations. * Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee and company documentation. * Manage submissions and approvals through government online portals. * Follow up on official applications and ensure timely processing. * Support management with regulatory and administrative requirements. Requirements: * Omani National . * Previous experience as a PRO or in a similar government relations role. * Good knowledge of Oman Labour Law and immigration procedures. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Proficiency in Arabic and English. * Valid Omani Driving License preferred. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Strong organizational and document management skills.
