Overviews the table section cleanliness and set ups before duty starts. Assists and guides guests through the menu choice and serves them in a good, proper and hygienic way. Liaises with other outlets and departments to ensure smooth running of the outlet. Ensures that employees provide a friendly, courteous, professional and fast service to guests at all times and informs management immediately of any discrepancies or complaints. Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, present menus, and offer assistance with menu selections. Accurately take food and drink orders and efficiently relay them to the kitchen staff. Promptly and accurately serve prepared meals and beverages to guests. Proactively anticipate guest needs, address any complaints, and ensure a positive overall dining experience Prepare and deliver bills, process cash and credit payments, and handle any necessary change.
