This role combines strong conceptual leadership with day\-to\-day execution, working in close collaboration with our art leads and artists to deliver high\-quality, visually compelling content across our projects. **Responsibilities:** * Lead conceptualization, ideation, and early visual direction * Create moodboards, sketches, value studies, and color explorations * Produce high\-quality final 2D art assets (icons, UI elements, image compositions) * Support both 2D and 3D pipelines through concept work * Guide visual consistency and quality across 2D deliverables * Use AI\-assisted tools to accelerate ideation and production * Ensure clean, well\-organized, production\-ready files **Requirements:** * Strong conceptual thinking and visual leadership * Excellent drawing skills and visual fundamentals * Advanced Photoshop skills (Illustrator is a plus) * Strong sense of color, composition, and contrast * Experience reviewing work and providing clear visual feedback * High standards for file organization and production discipline * Game or interactive media experience is a strong plus #### **Who we are** ##### ***Babil Games*** *"Where MENA Plays Bold"* Was founded in 2012 to elevate the gaming landscape for the Arabic\-speaking world, filling a gap with culturally relevant content.
