Project Location: Salalah Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage day\-to\-day construction site activities * Take full responsibility for all technical operations and engineering works on site * Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards * Plan, schedule, and closely monitor project progress to ensure timely completion * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation * Monitor site productivity, identify delays, and implement corrective actions * Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and all project stakeholders * Review and interpret technical drawings and resolve any discrepancies * Provide timely solutions to on\-site technical issues and challenges * Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations * Monitor material usage, control wastage, and ensure efficient resource utilization * Assist in cost control and value engineering where applicable * Ensure proper implementation of project specifications and quality assurance procedures * Obtain all necessary authority approvals and permits from relevant regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with local regulations Pay: RO500\.000 \- RO700\.000 per month Work Location: In person
