This role drives engineering excellence, scalability, and alignment with business goals. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage multiple engineering teams and projects * Define technical strategy, architecture, and development standards * Oversee software development lifecycle and delivery timelines * Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams * Ensure scalability, security, and performance of systems * Mentor engineering managers and promote best practices **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field * 10\+ years of experience in software development * 5\+ years in leadership or management roles * Strong knowledge of software architecture and modern tech stacks * Experience with Agile/DevOps practices and cloud platforms * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills Pay: RO4,800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
