The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience with servers, networks, and end\-user support, ensuring high system availability and performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and maintain servers (Hardware) and IT infrastructure * Monitor system performance, backups, security, and troubleshooting issues * Manage Active Directory, email systems, and user access control * Ensure system security, updates, and compliance with IT policies * Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT projects and deployments * Maintain proper documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field * 2–4 years of experience as a System Engineer or IT Support Engineer * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking * Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper\-V) is a plus * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and customer\-handling skills Pay: RO400\.000 \- RO500\.000 per hour Expected hours: 45\.0 per week Work Location: In person
