This role will lead technical initiatives, ensure system reliability, and guide engineering teams. **Responsibilities:** * Design and manage system architecture and infrastructure * Lead deployment, integration, and system upgrades * Monitor performance, security, and availability * Troubleshoot complex system issues * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on technical solutions * Mentor engineers and enforce best practices **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field * 7\+ years of experience in systems engineering * Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and cloud platforms * Experience with virtualization, automation, and scripting * Familiarity with security and compliance standards * Strong leadership and problem\-solving skills Pay: RO2,850\.000 per month Work Location: In person
