**Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **MEP Site Supervisor** with over 10 years of expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. **Key Responsibilities** · Supervise day\-to\-day MEP works on construction sites. · Ensure installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. · Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. · Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager/MEP Engineer. · Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance. · Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. · Maintain accurate site records including daily logs, material usage, and work progress. · Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. **Required Qualifications** · ITI or Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. · Minimum **10 years of experience** supervising MEP works in construction projects. · Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems. · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. · Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. · Familiarity with safety regulations and local building codes. **Preferred Skills** . Fluency in English \& Hindi.
