We are seeking an experienced **Technical Engineer / Presales professional** to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio of enterprise clients. ### **Role Overview** The Technical Engineer / Presales will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures for our clients, while also supporting presales activities for cybersecurity solutions. This role requires expertise in Fortinet, Palo Alto, and other cybersecurity technologies. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Design \& Installation:** Develop, configure, and install network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless components. * **Maintenance \& Support:** Perform routine maintenance, apply software patches, and provide technical support to network users. * **Security Management:** Implement and manage security systems, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion prevention, to protect client data from cyber threats. * **Performance Monitoring:** Continuously monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations. * **Troubleshooting \& Repair:** Diagnose and resolve network issues to ensure high availability and minimize downtime. * **Documentation \& Reporting:** Prepare engineering design packages and provide regular status reports on network health to stakeholders. * **Presales Support:** Assist sales teams with technical proposals, solution demonstrations, and client consultations. **Requirements** * Minimum **4–5 years of experience** in network engineering or cybersecurity solutions * Strong expertise with **Fortinet, Palo Alto**, and other cybersecurity products * Proven experience in network design, installation, and troubleshooting * Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless networks * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and documentation skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills for presales activities * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field** **Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits * Opportunities for professional growth and certifications in cybersecurity * Hands\-on experience with leading\-edge technologies * Collaborative and dynamic work environment
