**Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4\+ years of hands\-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise networks. A strong background in Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet technologies is essential. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and manage complex LAN/WAN, WLAN, and VPN solutions. * Configure and maintain network hardware such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers. * Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network availability and reliability. * Implement and manage network security policies, including firewall rules, access control, and VPN configurations. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams for network planning and deployment. * Conduct regular network performance tuning and capacity planning. * Maintain up\-to\-date documentation of network architecture, changes, and configurations. * Ensure compliance with industry and company standards for network security and data privacy. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics). * Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in network engineering roles. * Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies (Routing, Switching, ASA/Firepower). * Proven expertise with Aruba Wireless solutions and Fortinet security appliances (especially FortiGate firewalls). * Hands\-on experience in network monitoring tools and troubleshooting. * Deep understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, etc.). * Experience with enterprise\-grade network design and implementation. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication. **Certifications (Mandatory):** * **Cisco:** CCNP or higher * **Aruba:** Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or equivalent * **Fortinet:** Fortinet NSE 4 or above If you're a results\-oriented professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in IT networking field, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity at Syscom.
