Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points) * Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues and resolve network outages * Perform routine network monitoring and performance checks * Assist in structured cabling, patch panels, and site installations * Support end\-users with network\-related technical issues * Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes * Work with senior engineers on network upgrades and deployments * Ensure network security best practices are followed Requirements * Experience in IT support, networking, or telecom environments (1–3 years preferred) * Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing basics * Familiarity with Cisco or similar networking equipment is an advantage * Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills * Willingness to work on\-site and travel within project areas if needed * Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network\+, or equivalent are a plus Why Join Us?
