With a growing fleet, technical expertise, and a highly skilled workforce, UDMC continues to drive excellence across both large\- and small\-scale marine infrastructure works. **Requirements:** ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering ✔ Prior experience as a QA/QC Engineer on construction projects **(required)** ✔ Able to work **independently and as part of a team** ✔ Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and industry best practices ✔ Familiarity with blueprint/specification reviews and compliance checks ✔ Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills ✔ Attention to detail with good computer and data entry skills ✔ Understanding of marine construction quality standards and procedures \- Strong communication, leadership, and team training capabilities **Key Responsibilities:** \-Inspect output using industry methods – measurement, comparison to standards, and functionality testing \-Ensure compliance of assembly/production lines with applicable quality procedures and legal standards \-Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications \-Record and analyze inspection results; track reworks, deviations, and waste \-Train production/site teams on quality procedures to improve overall standards \-Suggest and implement process improvements \-Monitor equipment use and ensure safe, compliant, and accurate operation \-Maintain and calibrate measurement tools as needed \-Participate in continual training and skill updates \-Work collaboratively with site supervisors and project managers to uphold QA/QC standards \- Support fast and effective resolution of quality challenges on\-site Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO400\.000 \- RO500\.000 per month Application Question(s): * Ability to join immediately * What is you current Visa Status * Are you in Oman Work Location: In person
