




**Sales Engineer – Medical \& Sports Flooring (B2B \& B2C)** Location **Sultanate of Oman (Muscat)** **Office\-based \& Field\-based work as per business requirements** Job Summary We are seeking a **highly driven Sales Engineer** to join our team in Oman, specializing in **medical and sports flooring solutions**. The role covers both **project\-based clients (B2B)** and **individual/end users (B2C)** and requires a strong mix of **technical understanding, consultative selling, and closing skills**. The ideal candidate is persuasive, professional, and target\-oriented, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle while representing the company effectively in the market. Scope of Work * **B2B Clients (Projects):** * Hospitals, clinics, laboratories * Schools, universities, sports facilities * Consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities * **B2C Clients (End Users):** * Private gyms and fitness studios * Residential customers (home gyms / special applications) * Small and medium private projects * Combination of **office work and site/field visits** depending on client and project needs. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle for **B2B and B2C** clients: * **Lead generation → client meetings → needs analysis → technical \& commercial proposals → negotiation → closing** * . * Achieve agreed **monthly sales targets**. * Advise clients on suitable flooring systems based on usage, performance, hygiene, and safety requirements. * Prepare professional **quotations and proposals**. * Conduct site visits, measurements, and client presentations. * Follow up with clients to secure approvals and close deals. * Coordinate with technical and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Build and maintain strong long\-term client relationships. * Track market trends, competitors, and sales performance. * Submit regular sales and pipeline reports to management.Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** (Civil / Architectural / Industrial or related). * Minimum **3 years of sales experience**, preferably in construction\-related products. * **Fluent in English** (spoken and written). Arabic is a strong advantage. * Valid **Oman driving license**. * Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Sultanate. Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage) * Experience in **medical flooring** and/or **sports flooring**. * Background in **B2C direct sales** (showroom or site\-based). * Familiarity with consultants, contractors, and project sales cycles. * Experience using **CRM systems** and sales reporting tools.
