This role focuses on system maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of IT operations. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and IT systems * Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues * Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness * Coordinate with vendors and support teams * Document procedures and maintain maintenance logs **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field * 5\+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure maintenance * Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and operating systems * Experience with monitoring tools and backup systems * Familiarity with security best practices * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO2,350\.000 per month Work Location: In person
