Providing technical guidance to engineering teams **Senior Solutions Architect** **Job Summary:** Responsible for designing and developing integrated technical solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. Acts as a bridge between technical and business teams, and leads system architecture decisions to ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives. **Responsibilities & Duties:** * Designing solution architecture aligned with business requirements. * Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear technical specifications. * Leading the selection of appropriate technologies and platforms (Cloud, Microservices, APIs). * Ensuring efficient and reliable integration across disparate systems. * Developing high-level and low-level architectural designs. * Overseeing solution implementation and ensuring adherence to approved designs. * Enhancing system performance, security, and scalability. * Providing technical leadership to engineering teams. * Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with objectives. * Documenting technical solutions and architectural standards. **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 8–12 years of experience in software development or systems engineering. * Strong experience in designing distributed systems. * Advanced knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Experience in API and Microservices Architecture design. * Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts. * Good knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. * Proficiency in English. **Required Skills:** * Strategic thinking and architectural analysis. * Skills in solving complex problems. * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams. * Technical leadership and mentoring. * Data-driven decision making. **Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):** * Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Architect. * Experience in digital transformation initiatives. * Knowledge of data architecture or artificial intelligence. * Experience in sectors such as banking, telecommunications, or e-commerce. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Quality and efficiency of technical solutions. * Scalability and performance. * Reduction in system failures and technical issues. * Stakeholder satisfaction. **Work Conditions:** * Office-based or remote work environment. * Collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Participation in enterprise-level strategic decision-making.
