**Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Foreman** to supervise and coordinate construction site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** · Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors on site. · Ensure daily work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and schedules. · Monitor progress and report updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. · Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. · Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met. · Manage tools, equipment, and materials on site. · Resolve minor technical or operational issues during construction. · Maintain daily site logs and manpower records. **Required Qualifications** · Minimum **5 years of experience** in construction site supervision. · Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. · Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. · Excellent leadership and team management skills. · Good communication and problem\-solving abilities. · Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions. **Preferred Skills** · Experience in supervising large crews on high\-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects. · Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. **Employment Details** · **Location:** Bausher · **Employment Type:** Full\-time · **Compensation:** Competitive salary with benefits, based on experience Job Type: Contract Contract length: 4 months
