Maintain staffing database and support accurate payroll processing. **The Role** Web Compostela Salalah is seeking a highly organized and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our operations on Al Wadi St. As we expand our services in the Dhofar region, we need a dedicated professional to manage the daily logistics of our workforce. You will be the central point of contact for personnel scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative compliance, ensuring that every project is perfectly manned and every employee is supported. **Core Responsibilities** * **Daily Scheduling \& Rostering:** Coordinate the assignments of permanent and temporary staff, ensuring all shifts are covered and operational requirements are met across various project sites. * **Resource Allocation:** Act as the primary liaison between department heads and the talent pool, matching staff skills to specific project needs to optimize productivity. * **Administrative Compliance:** Manage the collection and filing of employee documentation, including labor cards, visas, and attendance records, ensuring 100% compliance with Omani Labour Law. * **Onboarding Coordination:** Assist new hires with their initial integration, managing site access, uniform distribution, and introductory briefings to ensure a smooth start. * **Database Management:** Maintain an accurate and up\-to\-date staffing database, tracking availability, certifications, and performance feedback for all personnel. * **Timekeeping \& Payroll Support:** Oversee daily time\-sheets and attendance logs, coordinating with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely monthly salary processing. **Professional Profile** * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in HR administration, staffing, or operational coordination. * Strong understanding of the **Omani Labour Law** and local regulatory requirements in Salalah. * Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage high\-volume scheduling in a fast\-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and basic HRIS or scheduling software. * **Bilingual Communication:** Fluency in both **English and Arabic** is essential for coordinating with a diverse workforce and local authorities. * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. **Package \& Benefits** * Fixed Monthly Salary: **OMR 1,000**. * Full company sponsorship and residency permit in Salalah. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Annual flight allowance and 30 days of annual leave. * A stable role with growth potential in a prominent Salalah\-based firm. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٠٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
