We are looking for someone who is an expert in UI/UX design to join our growing company. You will be a good fit if you are driven to create elegant, but well thought out solutions for customer application though UX/UI designs paterns. What we are looking for! * Demonstrated UX/UI\-centred design skills; * 3\+ years of experience in designing applications (apps and web apps); * Preferably has experience working on SaaS based products; * Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools; * Good, clear communication; * Highly proficient in spoken and written English; * Flexible to new input, feedback, and critical thinking; * Comfortable working closely with the product on remote bases; * Comfortable working closely with the business development teams on remote bases; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively; * Knowledge and passion for user experience, technology and design; * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Responsibilities * Identify the right vision from stakeholders through field research, user interviews, usability testing, competitor research, etc; * Create and manage the design vision in cooperation with stakeholders and dev team; * Prioritise and rapidly produce prototypes for features, using a variety of tools (such as Figma, etc); * Validate the created usability with stake holders; * Provide tasks for development team in agreed format and tools (as tickets in Jira, etc); * Deliver problem solving designs for located bugs and identified UX/UI blockers.
