Champion user-centered design principles and best practices **Job Summary** We are seeking a visionary **UX Design Director** to lead our user experience strategy and design organization. This role is responsible for shaping intuitive, engaging, and user\-centered digital experiences across our products. You will oversee a team of designers and researchers, collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders, and ensure design excellence that aligns with business goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and drive the **UX vision, strategy, and design standards** across all products * Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX/UI designers and researchers * Champion **user\-centered design principles** and best practices throughout the organization * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive user experiences * Oversee the end\-to\-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing * Establish and maintain a **design system and component library** * Use data, analytics, and user insights to inform design decisions * Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design standards are met * Drive continuous improvement of design processes and workflows * Present design strategies and outcomes to executive leadership * Manage design resources, timelines, and priorities across multiple projects * Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field * 8–12\+ years of UX/UI design experience, with 3–5\+ years in a leadership role * Strong portfolio demonstrating **end\-to\-end UX design projects and leadership impact** * Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar * Deep understanding of **interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles** * Experience leading design systems and scaling design across products * Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions Pay: RO2,400\.000 per month Work Location: In person
